Default I have waited for 2 weeks for a payment....

On my Ebay the buyer has put that they're sending a MO but two weeks later I have received nothing. I sent them a message with no response. Should I file a NPB? It's only 3.99, but I'm trying to keep things current and am tired of this item lingering around. What should I do???

I myself would wait. The postal service has been really slow on things lately. Maybe give him until the New Year?

On the flip side, he saved you some fees by paying with a MO.

JB,

I am in the same Dilemma. Small Dollar item. Around $9 dlvd. I filed an NPB against him and he finally started responding. He's told me he doesn't speak good english(french can) and that he was going to send a money order. I've been waiting at least a week. I'll probably give him another week and I'm closing the dispute.

File the dispute. It may motivate him to at least communicate with you and you have to wait 7 days after you file if he never responds. If he does, you can always close it so there really is no downside to filing.

I always file the dispute. You don't have to give him a strike until it is closed without payment. If he is communicating you can give him more time. You have to wait a week to file the NPB. Then you have to wait another week to give him a strike and get your fees back. If you haven't received payment or communication within 2 weeks then you probably won't be getting payment.

I agree file the dispute. I just had a buyer file a item not received through ebay and I NEVER received the money order he said he was sending! Now, I can't file a NPB, talk about ridiculous.

And always once you file the dispute, in like 2 hours I regularly get payment. Most of the time the buyers says opps I am sorry I forgot.
