Looks like something happened with the week 2 promotion. My promo is not showing up and it appears like a lot of others are not live as well.

There are a lot that aren't - there are 185 that appear to be working. I've sent an e-mail and there are a number of folks on Facebook that are also experiencing the issue.

My Port shows my week 1 promo prices - when you click on the item itself it shows no discount at all.

Mine as well. When I look at my port, it shows the sale prices, but when I click on the item, it returns to the original selling price.

i sent an email and got a basic canned response saying that it will take a few hours for promotions to go live after entered. I had this promotion set 4 days ago. Hopefully they will get this figured out but based on their response to my email, i dont see it happening today.

Frustrated with the response. I will say this isnt their typical customer service response.

I would not be worried though. They generally take care of tech issues fairly fast.

I am not worried. Unfortunately this is the norm when they try to run a large promotion.

I think this was intentional. The first week ended at noon today. Next part doesn't start til midnight.

For the first promotion, it never adjusted the prices of my cards, oh well.

week 1 ended at 11:59 PM PST on Saturday and week 2 was scheduled to start at 12:00 AM PST on Sunday. Should be live based on this...

Mine is working now but I sold a couple cards this morning for full price because of it. My guess is that the late starting week 1 sales held up the change over cause it probably wasnt programmed to delete them. Those were the only ones showing up most of the day and they are all gone now.

Hello Everyone!

I'm sorry we haven't been able to address this in a more timely manner! Tim is aware of the issue, and should be working to fix it now. He's at the Industry Summit currently, so he unfortunately hasn't been able to give it his full attention.

I'm not sure entirely what the issue is with the long delays in some promotions going live (it typically doesn't exceed 1-2 hours after approval), but live promotions should be registering when individual cards are viewed.

Again, I am sorry for the issues. Some of them are starting to correct themselves, and we are currently working to resolve the ones that aren't. As always, please send us and email or any of our representatives here a PM if we can help mitigate the effects of the problem.

I had the same prob too but Ive been able to buy now

Did you make sure to confirm at the last step of the process. When I originally set mine up, I did not review and confirm (which was a button to the far right i believe).

For three days my promo was not running, and I thought it was. I realized I just never hit the final confirm button to make it live. I went into the promotions manager and comfirmed and it then went live.

Yeah Did that....it's still in the abyss of comc. Maybe one day it will work.
