eBay id: 215paul1978

Won an item on 12/4, said payment would be mailed on 12/14. I contacted him a couple of days ago to ask if the payment was sent and this is the response I get:

"I sent that payment and I feel I'm being taken for a ride here.I want that card and I sent it to the correct adress.I will contact e-bay if thier is nothing done."

It looks like this is not an isolated problem for him. Click here to check his feedback

to be honest folks eBay is really starting to scare me, sales are awfully slow at least with hockey and with tools like this guy are out there, well.... I have had more NRU pop up on my auctions in the last 2 months than over the past 2 years. I know for the most part there are plenty of good folks out there, especially hockey card buying folks, but all in all I am getting very concerned....just my thoughts.......

Well, since my first guy got NARU'd, here's another one...

User ID: bmikeyd84

Won an auction from me on 12/13. I opened a NPB dispute on 12/25 and received this message from him on 12/28:

hello, i am very sorry for the inconvinence. I was away on vacation for 2 weeks. However i did bid on this auction. I already recieved this card as a gift for the holidays, therefore i will not be purchasing this item. Once again, I am very sorry for any inconvinences.
