Default COMC Allowing "Fake" Graded Cards?

2012 Topps Chrome #1A - Andrew Luck RC (Rookie Card)/passing pose [ENCASED] - COMC

If you need any proof the "1st graded" is a scam just check out the feedback of a guy that sells a bunch of these:

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...ab=AllFeedback

A number of listings with the same cards supposedly having more than one "1st graded" versions.

If you put “the” and “IRS” together, it spells “theirs”.

Huh? "1st Graded" appears to be the name of a no-name amateur pseudo-grading "company."

They're not saying it's the "first ever graded" card.

Still worthless but surely you don't think "first graded" means anything and surely you don't think that these are actually PSA or something, right?

COMC calls them "encased."

I knew they were an attempt to knock off the PSA case.

I never thought of the possibility that "1st Graded" was the name of the company. Still seems misleading though. You make a good point that COMC doesn't acknowledge the grade in the listing they acknowledge the case so I guess I understand why it can be listed on their site.
