You can answer it as you would any other. We'll fix it up later, but at least we have his initials.

Ewww, unpleasant thought: Are all these history points still set to expire after a month? A lot of people have had a pretty huge influx of points into their account, people are probably going to be pretty sore if they wake up and find tens of thousands of points missing. I don't think this matters as much now that this new challenge helps you accumulate points faster, and hopefully there's going to be a better system in place for that long term anyway, but this topic could go kinda sour in a couple weeks if all these challenge earnings disappear.

Do you guys notice that we were presented with the same cards multiple times?
The exact same card came up again and again when it was already answered...

Maybe Ghumbs can answer this? Does a card needs to be answered 3 times or so?

I think this is overkill... maybe that's why the community progress is only at 30%

Thanks for the heads up! This is a bug, and should be fixed in our next update.

Oh good, thanks for the reply.

Another question:

Why do we have to identify each card from the same player?

Example: Michael Jordan. There are tens of thousands card of Michael Jordan. Why not all Michael Jordan card get identified as MIJO, instead we are doing each and every card?
I know that your current database can be sorted by player, why not do that?

The computer doesn't know that Michael Jordan is on the card. Somebody has to tell the computer that it's Michael Jordan on the card.

Even in instances where the set is 100% Michael Jordan cards, there might be a card which has Michael Jordan and Charles Barkley. Or there might be a card in the set that doesn't actually show Michael Jordan.

Then there's "non-sports" sets like Space Jam where Michael Jordan appears on many, but not all of the cards. Sometimes solo, sometimes with someone else. "Nothing But Net" is a similar set.

Here's an example of a card which would be selling for much more if it was identified as a "Michael Jordan" card:

1994 Upper Deck Nothing But Net #4 - Off your face - COMC

The other cards from this set with the name "Michael Jordan" have a low COMC price of around $1 to $1.50. This card has a low COMC price of 26 cents. Yet, if the database identified it as a Michael Jordan card (or better yet, Micheal Jordan, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Teddy Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln), then it would probably sell just as well as the others.

It doesn't have to end here. If COMC develops the right tools, it could become something like Wikipedia for trading cards and other collectibles. There could be voluminous information about the players, the teams, the sets, even individual cards - all searchable in Google.

It would also be possible to develop some sort of checklist software program, where you could keep track of every card you have at home or at COMC, or on your want list. You could see at a glance what the current selling price is at COMC. You could instantly see what cards you have at home which are worth submitting, and which ones are not. Your want list could be automatically populated with new cards from your favorite teams or players. This could be really big.

One feature I'd really like to see in the world of tomorrow:

Imagine if the COMC database could automatically create eBay listings for you, of cards you own for some reasonable price (say, 5 cents per listing capped at $50 per month for thousands of listings).

Then, when eBay has some free listing sale where they're offering you free listings for up to 50,000 listings, you actually do it - list 50,000 cards from your collection with titles, descriptions and stock images provided by COMC.

Quick Question- those people who win the COMC credit as prizes. They will be required to spend it on site correct? I assume they cannot cash it out.

You have 2 methods to spend. On COMC or you can transfer credit to a BO certificate
