I just wanted to let everyone know that if you're seeing your orders moving into the 4+ week range, please contact me at "Staff@comc.com" or call us at 1-800-517-3540 and we'll see what's going on with your cards.

Like I mentioned before, Tim's been working with the processing and identification teams, as he's re-worked some of the processing protocols. We'll be able to work with you, individually, to make sure your cards get deposited, as quickly as we can.

Thanks again for your feedback, thankfully no one is sick today so we can respond in a more timely manner.

I used the basic service and everything has been completed in a little over a month (a month and 3 days or so).

On a side note, I did notice that some in the partial batches, there will be mainly new (13/14 prism) cards and then cards from the late 90's. In my last and final batch, i had some more cards that were processed that were brand new (13/14 Prizm). Would it help if we "pre organize" the cards beforehand? ex mark the new cards that ideally we would want in the earliest batch.

I'm assuming that the batch percentages still aren't entirely accurate. I have a submission that's almost 500 cards that was received on 2/5 that jumped from 20% to 75% on Monday and then dropped to 74% today while no cards have been uploaded. Can't really think of any reason my percentage would go down other than it doesn't mean that much. I'm obviously hoping that the jump means my cards(2013 bowman draft, 2013 finest and then some older stuff) will be going up soon but I'm trying not to get my hopes up.

I sent in 2 cases worth of 2013 14 gold standard All the base, All metal cards, pretty much everything accept for about 20 cards.
So reading through these threads, I expect to see this new processing phase to end sooner than later.
For people who use COMC as a form of business. It is hard to buy a collection for say 5k.
and wait 2 months for it to hit.

Port Sales are weak
Card Processing is weak.
but I hate ebay customer service...
What to do?

Update - had 216 cards populate for me late last night. Small groups for my two older batches (10 and 14 cards) and then 192/243 in my third submission went live.

Looks like the 2014 stuff is up, I'm not worried about the remaining 250 or so cards.

I just had 343/480 cards uploaded so that should be most(or all) of my cards from 2013 products up in just over 3 weeks. I'm pretty happy with that since none of this would have been considered on the hot list. I do hope they'll be able to get closer to the 2 week mark by the time 2014 Bowman comes around.

Does anyone know if redemptions take a little longer in the basic service? Everything from 2013 was uploaded except for a few redemptions.

Hi, to answer your question - yes. Because they have to be redeemed, they get pulled aside, put thru the redemption process, and then they get deposited into your account.

Alright, that's what I figured because I know it used to be like that for the hot list items but I never saw it anywhere what happened with them in the new services. Thanks for the quick answer Moe!

10 more (Series 1) went live today. That brings the total to 100 live of an estimated 200. Today is the 4 week mark.

Sales are going great. I've already sold enough to pay for this submission. Apparently my prices were too low as a lot are being flipped.
