Default how do you set a reserve price on ebay auction?

I'm trying to relist a BIN item that didn't sell and I'm wondering how to do a reserve price for a auction starting at .99 cents. Any help?

Unless eBay made some changes to "new" sellers with a limitation to use "Reserve". The option must be available in the area where you select the format of the listing.

build some rep by buying things, and selling lower priced items
Like other members suggested in other topic. I recommend it. Try to buy some stuff related to trading cards, shipping supplies, or post/list more cards.

Also about "Best offer". It is seller decision to accept or ignore an offer, but if you use the option and you are getting fair offers. Ask to yourself. How you get the card in 1rst place? As buyer, it is annoying see sellers with "Best offer" option and only accepting/offering ridiculous offers. For example like $1 less from the BIN price.

Also about selling more stuff. It will help to avoid suspension or limitations for bad feedback, low DSR, and open cases. Because in eBay in those cases. It isn't matter how much you sell in $money$. It focus in how many sales/transactions you have in a specific time.

Setting a reserve is a deterrent for many buyers. Unless its an item I really want I hit back on any with a reserve.

As buyer, I avoid "Best Offer" and "Reserves".

Yeah it's just tough because I don't want to take a loss on it so my reserve is what I paid which I feel is fair
