Angry I'm a perfect 2 for 2 .... in negative feedback! UGH!

In negative feedback...I wouldn't mind if it was "damaged due to poor packaging" or "doesn't communicate" or "fake" or SOMETHING, but to say I didn't get it when the tracking # shows delivered after 3/4 days after payment was made (in both cases)!!! OMG!!!

Both times, buyer doesn't contact me, both time they DON'T file a claim with ebay/paypal, both times the tracking # for the package shows DELIVERED.

Simply bad luck or what?

Sounds like bad luck to me, that hasn't happened to me in a couple hundred sales transactions, although that isn't much.

Your feedback reply is excellent. I can see for myself that the item is delivered. So can anyone else looking at your feedback. Those feedback details wouldn't stop me from buying a card from you, not at all.

Have you tried filing a change feedback request? That might work in this case, maybe the buyer just got confused? Buyers can get confused too.

Either way, wouldn't Ebay remove this negative feedback? It's clear both items were delivered as promised. Have you asked Ebay?

Whether Ebay removes or not..I wouldn't lose any sleep. Your replies are flawless. I know that if I were looking to buy something, even though you have the two negs, I'd see the replies and have NO issues with bidding on your item.

Thanks for the kind words guys, but not all buyer are like that.

I've spent a good 2 hrs on the site/phone with ebay trying to fight this, but nothing will change unless the buyer says it was a mistake or if the buyer is doing feedback hostage type of scam.

Sorry to hear about this unfortunate situation! It gets really difficult sometimes in dealing with people.

Can you explain what this is: "feedback hostage type of scam"?

It got me curious!
