Default Do I have a problem here?

I sold this C.J Spiller last week.
eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

It was a Buy it Now or Best offer which went for $125 (way more than they are going for now) The buyer who has flawless feedback has not responded to 1 message and 2 invoices. Im slightly concerned that he may realize he overpaid and is trying to get out of the deal by not responding. Ofcourse I maybe jumping the gun. Do I file a claim tomorrow or wait another day or so?

First, set up that unpaid item assistant thing. On the 4th day, a dispute is opened automatically versus waiting 7 days.

If it's been the full 7, I'd send the unpaid item reminder to him. Get the ball rolling.

It's probably time to consider a non paying bidder claim which might convince the buyer to go ahead and send payment. I might suggest stating a certain amount of time to send payment in the listing and getting rid of the statement about "emailing the seller within 3 days". It's hard enough to get buyers to log in to Paypal and send payment much less communicate with the seller.

And like tnarg suggested, if you sell a lot, setting the Unpaid Item Assistant to automatically open claims will save you some headache.
