bought 2 walmart topps prime rack packs, the top pack was cut open in both racks but there was no openings on the outer pack. the hit was in one of the cut packs!!

I am confused, how did they cut it, if it was inside the rack pack

Uh why would you purchase a rack pack that has been cut open? Buying retail should be difficult enough, but a pack that you basically know has been searched? You got lucky lol.

i couldnt see it cut until i opened the outer pack, the outer pack didnt have any cut marks on it
