If you have facebook or twitter, that's usually an effective way to contact them. I got in touch with a panini rep on twitter and he helped me out almost immediately, more than the phone people that answer and put you on hold and so on. If not, go to their website and get the phone number and give them a call. Save packs and the box, make sure to include everything if they have you mail stuff in to them. They should have more exact directions for you if you give them a call or even email them. But I would recommend the social media if you have them, facebook or especially twitter.
