Default 2012 Panini Absolute NEVER BUY RETAIL
I have recently bought 10 Absolute Memorabilia Thicker Packs and have yet to pull 1 relic. This product should be called absolute bull. Never buy any retail. I have pulled 1 numbered card to 25 and that's it.

I bought 4 fat packs the other day knowing that most if not all would be decoys, but I'm not furious about it like you apparently are. Lol. I did get a DeVier Posey relic though.

Man i go to the Walmarts by my house and the fat packs are slightly opened and of course there are only decoys left meaning someone snagged the relics

I don't go through and feel the packs. You can easily look and see the larger packs. I don't pack search. I am sometimes forced to though because I have other searchers who go and rip the packs open to see if there's something in it. I remember someone went and ripped every 2012 bowman chrome pack open and left them sitting in the box.

I always pick the packs from the top. Bought 5 packs of Absolute at my Wal-Mart right off of the top of the left side and pulled an Andrew Luck Star Gazing relic. It's going to my GF for xmas. Even if I didn't give it to her as a present she would still just take it anyway lol

Why not buy an 8 pack blaster? It's cheaper per pack and there is a guaranteed relic.

What about the several members of this site who openly admitted to searching out the good stuff in the blue wave baseball packs and selling the dud packs on ebay ? Is this not just as bad ? Isn't that packsearching as well ?

Oh man you should come to Cleveland then. The blasters are everywhere I go. I was surprised how quickly they came out since Panini usually delays retail.

Anyway, there IS one relic per blaster whether it's advertised or not. I bought a bunch and hit a relic in every single box and the pack was even in the same place. I can't be that lucky so I assume this means 1 relic per blaster.

WOW, I still can't believe people do this, and even worse admit to it and then vent about it to a card forum. If the world doesn't end Saturday we're all #@#@#@#@ed anyway.

But yes don't buy pannin retail, I spent 16 on packs (2 thin, 3 thick) yesterday and only hit 1 rookie card and a bunch of vet base. Paninni retails is worthless.

Some of you guys are so ridiculous. Who cares if he grabbed the thicker packs? If I was buying packs and seen a massive fat pack in there should I turn away and say "i didn't see that! That's pack searching. I better stick to the thin ones!"

He didn't say he was pack searching, obviously he wasn't if he bought 10 and came away with 0 relics. Yeah he grabbed the fat ones, but it wasn't like he had a clue what he was doing.

You guys must have something better going on in your life than ragging on this guy about what he did. The whole pack searching thing is so overplayed anyways. Buy smart, buy from trusted dealers/shops and don't waste your money in Walmart. And if you do, buy something you know hasn't/cannot be searched. Christ. Quit losing sleep over this crap
