2012 Bowman Sterling Box Topper

Hey guys,

Made a trip to my LCS today and picked up mainly baseball stuff, but the owner convinced me to buy one of the box toppers leftover from a case break of 2012 Bowman Sterling Football. One pack, one card, one sweet hit. $50 for the card! Thanks for taking a look.

I paid $50 for the box topper and am asking $50 for the card. Just looking to make my money back on this.

Yeah, looking at the prices going on eBay now I shouldn't have done it. His prices are usually 15% or so more than blowout, but its close and feeds my breaking addiction. Hence why I am just looking to get what I paid for.

I had the same option at my LCS. He opened a fresh box of Strata, pulled out the pack with the Clear Cut Auto and sold it to me for $25. Great deal IMO, although i only hit a M.Floyd CC Auto /99...i would buy them all day for that price.

Is he planning on selling the rest of the packs for $1? Or is he going to screw over someone else with them?
