Upperdeck Redemption

I GOT A REDEMPTION CARD FROM 2007 SPA IT WAS TO BE JAMARCUS RUSSELL SIGNED PIECE. UPPERDECK TOLD ME THEY WHERE ALL OUT OF THE PIECES AND SENT ME. TWO SWEET SPOT CARDS INSTEAD. NOW TELL ME DOES THIS COMPENSATE FOR THE CARD I LOSTWISH THAT WAS THE MIDDLE FINGER.UPPERDECK SAID THAT ALL SPA CARDS ARE BEING REDEEMED THIS WAY NOW. ANYBODY ELSE GET THIS CRAP

Depending on what Russell it was, I'd say you made out pretty good.

The russell is the only card i needed for the set and it books for 250.00 how is this good!

I don't like cards that look like my 3year old went crazy with a white crayon either, i would rather have the Russell no matter the serial # run was supposed to be.

Hell my 1 year old daughter could give you two sigs like the ones on that Theismann/Hornung. Those are aweful! I agree with you, I woulda rather had the Russell

Newdoug. They screwed you on that one. I assume the SPA was the RC auto patch..? Call them ASAP and complain that they did not give you full value as a replacement. They probably will send out more Sweet Spot autos. I myself are waiting on some xtra comp as they shorted me recently...CS said it would be from SweetSpot product.

I'd take the second one and you may as well burn the Chandler/Miller and send UD the ashes with a nasty letter. Sorry to hear you got screwed over. I would call and raise a fuss about it.

Before you call UD figure out what is the value you have been shorted and think of some players you would like as a replacement. Be specific on players and even product this will ensure you are happy with the replacements. Upperdeck is very inconsistent with their redemption replacement process some folks on here were happy with their replacements, while others got hosed!

If you only need the Russell, I'd sell the Hornung/Thiesman, Notre Dame/Skins/Packers fans would be all over that. You'd definitly make enough money to grab a Russell of eBay

The dual is good, however two separate fans on that card. But I know both have a steady following. Might not be too bad after all. But then again I'm a Raider fan and I would being pissed off!

I bought a box of 2007 SP Authentic from blowout about 3 weeks ago and did not get a rookie patch or a By the Letter patch. Called them to complain and they told me to send the sticker logo and a letter. Just got a package today and they gave me a Kevin Kolb Drew Stanton Pigskin Dual Signature Sweet Spot #d50 and a Peyton Manning Pigskin Signature Sweet Spot #d49 WOW

I called Upper Deck here is what they said a second time because so many people have called to complain about their SPA product saying that they did not receive any patch cards or letterman cards, they are sending out sweet spot cards for them. All others who have redemptions would get their patch cards, i told them mine was a redemption card and they said they were sorry for sending me the sweet spot cards, they said keep them and they are sending me my J mac card. lets see what happens probally get a Joe Koppolstien card.

Well that sounds promising. Guess they just screwed that one up. Hopefully you get a nice Jmar 3clr patch. Maybe you will get lucky and get a '98 Ryan Leaf auto.
