He sold these lots on December 10th. There is no reason he should get to hold tens of thousands of dollars from members on here.

I'm sorry, but that is an unsatisfactory excuse. It would probably take 20 minutes max for him to refund everyone. We aren't talking about a 24 hour adventure.

I'm all for leaving him alone through the holidays, as long as he will refund us our money quickly, as in the next day or two.

I was planning on using the cards to trade for a high end card on here as I don't really have any myself to trade, but if he's not going to be able to send them out when planned, I need that cash back now to try and buy it as if I don't move now, someone else may and/or it goes up in price soon.

So I went ahead and filed a dispute, hopefully he moves quickly on it

I second this. Money should be refunded tomorrow, at the latest. No reason to be holding the money.

LoL they both edit their posts. I will leave mine. I don't deal with people that recommend offing yourself, regardless of their financial well being... That and cutting up cards is where I draw the line.

I highly doubt you exceed what I'm out. I have no issues with you, but I advise you to proceed with caution for your sake as I've received an abundance of info tonight that make me very skeptical of this situation.

For all of you who say trust this Haiku guy, he is just going though some "stuff" right now. Please let me tell you what has really happened. I have seen this play out 2-3 times on this forum and it always ends with the thief stealing a massive amount of money. He set you all up with smaller deals just to steal all your money when he offers some huge dollar deals.

1. Member becomes known as great guy
2. Member completes lots of small deals at first and moves on to mid to higher priced deals.
3. Member starts offering a few great deals and quickly ships.
4. Member then offers some huge high dollar amazing deals and lot of people buy.
5. Member has "personal" problems and can't ship, nearly all communication stops.
6. Member gets suspended.
7. Member gets another member to post vague responses on his behalf, assuring everyone is ok.
8. At some point people come to the realization they have been scammed.
9. People start to blame BO - it's not really their fault but it happens everytime.
10. New thief comes around and does the same thing.

You folks who think this is not a scam are sadly mistaken, the folks who have been on the forum for 5+ years have seen this play out several times.

If you are talking about the eBay and COMC accounts listed on his blowout profile, those are not real. His eBay account is still active. His photobucket, however, has been set to private and appears empty. I am not "on the hook" waiting for anything from him at the moment but I know a few people that are. I just hope that whatever personal issues he is working through get resolved and so does all of this mess. The thread about the lots said that they would ship the 18th and it's not the 18th yet. The last time I talked to him, late last week, he said he would be home this weekend at the earliest in order to mail something out for me. I understand how nerve-racking it may be for the people who have large sums of money out to him, but to Haiku's point, if you can't afford it or you are taking food off the table then don't do it. There was a hell of a lead time associated with those lots (ships the 18th). I stayed out because I couldn't afford to keep money tied up that long. Best of luck to everyone involved.

I submitted for a full refund from my most recent lot and a $100 dollar refund from that lot. Would hope that BroncosManning can talk to Haiku and get these refunds put through so that many of us aren't out hundreds/thousands of dollars for weeks.

What? Wait a minute. Were the cards worth the $103.00 or were they worth $100.00. If you got your monies worth then why should you be refunded for the coupon.

However if the cards were only worth $3 then call TNARG and he will take you out back and kick you in the nuts for free.
