i totally agree..still would rather have one of the top DE/OLB combos..but this is the same head coach that took Spiller despite other needs so i can totally see them taking Green...i have to admit that would be a scary offense (Evans, Johnson, Green, Jackson/Spiller) if we had a good QB to help move the ball..id rather see them take Green though over Cam Newton anyday..please for the love of god dont draft Newton that high

just curious..what draft exactly are you thinking of?

Luck is probably being drafted this year...and last i checked James is only a sophomore on a NT contending team and has been quoted as coming back..and Bryce Brown is nowhere near declaring as hes playing at K State next season...very confused i am by you

Nate was re-signed to the practice squad earlier this season. He never got promoted because he was in Singletary's doghouse, and could not play the last week of the season due to league rules.

That's ok though...great 4-game win streak to end the season.
I must agree that with a few defensive players that Detroit is on the right path. There offense is about set (with Stafford staying healthy) with C. Johnson and Best in the backfield. Although my clowns did end up last season on a 4 game streak themselves. Hopefully the Browns can find themselves 6-7 defensive players, a right side OL, and somebody that can run good routes and catch the ball. And oh yeah, a change of pace back to go with Hillis. Wow, Mr Holmgren has his work cut out for him!!

Great Blue North Draft Report

Gabbert is in the top 10 in a lock of mocks now. I know that McShay has him going #5 to Arizona...

The Giants need to focus on two key areas with the picks this spring.... offensive line (we are way too old) and linebacker depth.... Goff is playing well at MLB, Boley is aging and Bulluck is on his last legs at OLB... RB depth can't hurt either with the fumbling problems

I'd love for them to go in the Bowers/Fairley direction instead of Green. It's so easy to fall in love with a guy like Green but I'd like to see them work more with Nelson and see what they have in Easley. Though adding Green would make this an exciting offense. A consistent pass rush will do wonders to help the defense out especially an already capable secondary. I share your fear of them taking Newton too high. I don't hate the guy, I just hate him at #3. Pft...you never know with Buddy "BPA" Nix.

Alright, im gonna go out on a limb and say...

1. A.J. Green- Dez Bryant Ver. 2.0
2. Andrew Luck- Great leadership, Cannon for arm, Perfect Size.
3. Julio Jones- A think he's being overlooked a bit. He's a tad undersized, but i see him making a McCluster-type impact where hes drafted.

Think you got Jones confused with someone else. At 6'4 he can be a big target like Fitzgerald.

Terrelle Pryor is a 3rd round pick at best if he comes out! How funny is that? Mr #1 in the nation a few years ago would be a 2nd day pick! I LOVE IT!

If I had my choice - as a Browns fan - my Top 5 would be:

AJ Green
Patrick Peterson
Da'Quan Bowers
Nick Fairley - Has horrible technique - reminds me more of Big Daddy Dan Wilkinson (which isn't a bad thing - Big Daddy had a good career) then he does Suh. You can't always break bad technique habits - and Fairley has bad habits.
Prince Amukamara
