Default come see what I got out of 08 topps jumbo

I posted this to ask what is the best way to handle this situation.

I bought a box of Topps Jumbo 08, I noticed something wierd about how the rookies and inserts were in the pack. You see I have bought 5 other jumbo boxes and the inserts/auto were in the back of the pack and the rookies were in the middle, but this box, the rookies were spread out throughout the pack and the inserts were in the middle. Also the gold were everywhere in the packs, front , middle, back. Well when I finished opening the 10 packs, I had not recieved any autos and not one jersey card, also I got about 10 rookies, some packs had none , and the most I got out of a pack was 3 rookies.
Now I saw my cardshop owner open a brand new case of these cards, so I know he didn't tamper with the cards, but it looks like someone did. He told me that he got it straight from topps, So I don't know what the heck is going on.
can someone help me get my cards from topps.

Might be just an error from topps. Contact them and keep the box because they'll probably ask for the upc #. They should reimburse you in some way.

I would probably be that they will want you to mail everything in. All cards, box, and receipt. Hopefully they will take care of you. Don't e-mail them, call them. They tend to not respond or respond very slowly to customer service questions.

"Reimburse" might not be the best of terms to use, but I do think that Topps would try and make it right. The link below is to the FAQ section from the Topps website. Call or e-mail Customer Service...

When i say reimburse, that could only mean a pack or two... but good luck.

Since you didn't get anything out of the box. I would insist on sending the entire box, wrappers, cards, inserts you did get for a new jumbo box.
