Question about Topps Town Points

I have a problem I was wondering if anyone knew the answer to.

I sold a guy a huge lot of the black points but now he emailed me saying he cant use them, that they are the regular ones and not the black ones.

The way I understood it there were black ones and gold ones.

He is saying there are regular, black and gold.

I have no problem refunding his money but all the black ones looked the same to me. I was just wondering if there really is 3 different types of points. Any help?

I was under the impression there was only the 2 as well...but then again I didnt think they were worth anything so maybe I need to check that out as well.

pearljam..I checked on ebay and all I am seeing are blacks and golds...

Tke...this was the initial question...pearljam was informed there were Regular, Black and golds...I'm only seeing the Black and Gold ones. I'm assuming the black are the regular ones.

i bought a hobby box and only got black ones and one gold one... so i assume that their are only black and gold... do not refund his money...
