Would you buy a Steve Spurrier RC PSA 9?

Hey guys, I collect mostly baseball, but I've been offered a Spurrier RC PSA 9 for $150. The guy says he paid 350 for it, which sounds a little ridiculous to me... the card's BV is $100 I think. I've tried to look online to see if this is a pretty good price, but I can't find any great info... I don't know what the POP report for 9's is, but there are no 10's graded, I believe. Can any of you football collectors tell me if this is a good deal / what the card could probably sell for?
