new to football

some suggestions please. i will be doing some football this year for the first time in a long time. what are some of the more popular products ? there are so many , i dont know where to start. i do like the look of the bowman this year.

Depends on what you like? Veterans vs. Rookie cards. On card autos vs. stickers. Cost not being an issue (and the Beckett scandal aside) I think people would vote for products as such... (Note: most of this would be rookie card driven). The only caveat is that year to year there might be a new product (such as Nat'l Treasures) that might be a great product yet takes awhile to catch on. Also you have to look at the Football season as a year-long entity. Some products are super popular just due to the fact of them coming out right after the draft, or having the rookies in their pro uniforms, etc...

3. Playoff Contenders
4. Donruss National Treasures
5. Topps
6. Topps Chrome
7.-12. Donruss Elite, Donruss Classics, Leaf Limited, Donruss Threads, Playoff Gridiron Gear, Bowman Chrome

well im looking for basically some nice hits. i know this year rookie class is not great. but i still want to collect some football. im basically looking for a nice overall product with a nice design with the possibiblity of getting a nice auto or game used card. will the bowman have the top rookie autos ?
