The Final Reveal: 2010 Donruss Football Rated Rookie Autograph SP Quantities

Early last week we provided a list of the 72 short-printed autographs available in the 2010 Donruss Football Rated Rookie boxed set. Our one misstep, apparently, was not including the respective quantities to accompany that short-print list.

This morning, we intend to start our week off properly by correcting that wrong. Therefore, below you’ll find a list that looks eerily similar to the one we posted last week. This time, however, we’ve included the all-important quantities that will remove any and all mystery going forward.

These may be the actual print runs, but the real question is how many of these SPs did Panini actually insert into sets and how many did they hold back?

Unfortunately, these questions must always be asked when considering Panini products now.

WTH! Low low runs on the autos, I wonder how many sets/cases there are then. Is this the 1990 UD baseball update set? Many of these group breaks by the player are gonna hurt if you get one of these short short printed guys. Well we know I'll now get one of them and have to eat my pie like a good boy

23 of the 67 autos I have including doubles are SP (roughly 1/3)

There are 5875 total SP ... maybe 18000 total sets.... 900 cases ????

Otherwise there are 5875 SP and 28 autos at 500+ copies.... ~20000-21000 sets........ 1000-1050 cases


Mariani and Ivory are all over eBay at 15-40, with Webb at 12-20 now.


I bought for the bulk rookies, and for one am glad to know there are likely less than 25000 of each rookie (unsigned). This doesn't compare to the UD Final Edition (must have been 10x or more as many of those) but does make for a nice "little" Bradford, Suh, Tebow, etc... that isn't totally short, but not as easy as any of the other base products.


In the mean time, I also hope to see that a LOT of these show on eBay that people were holding. I'll be buying a few for PC and selling a few that I simply don't want.

If you have an SP /25 you're selling (even on ebay) let me know I'm interested.

i dont think panini cares about running out of stickers, they have made the redemption card the most likly hit in almost all there products

Serious question after all the Panini redmeption bashing and complaints about athletes with crappy signatures.

How many sticker autos do you personally suppose that Marc Mariani and Chris Ivory signed with such care ? I'm gonna throw out there 800-1200.

That should give an idea of how many of the "other 28" there are.... no reason to think either of these guys had more or less autos than any other "normal print run" in the product.

Just picked up 5 of these cases and most likely will break them for the 100 autos and sell in player lots of 100 - I'll post when i break (be in about a week or shortly after the Super Bowl). PM me if in need of anything - players/team lots, autos, etc. Hope I pull some short prints!

Just curious - but people who have been breaking these - are you getting at least 1 or 2 short prints a case? Just curious what to somewhat expect if i bust 5 cases. Thanks!

I busted one of these a few days ago and got a Sapp auto. However, it is kind of dinged on the corner. How is Panini with replacements?
