I gotta go with #1 Nicks then #2 Wallace right behind.
Both are very athletic, GREAT hands, good route running, smart players, always seem to be improving and very physical off the line. Percy, Crabtree and Maclin are 3 very good receivers as well but lack a few star qualities

I have to go with Nicks. Guy is a Hoss.
He is very physical, and great hands to go along with it. Right behind him i would have Maclin. Maclin fits in perfect with the Philly O. As long as vick can stay healthy, Maclin will be a top wide out. Defenses will have to put their number one Corner on Desean, with somewhat of a mediocre one on Maclin. I do like mike wallace, Brian Robiskie, Mohammed Massaquoi, and Mike Thomas alot though!

I gotta go with Crabby. He may be a bit of a head case, but I saw him do some spectacular things in college. I know there is a big difference between college and pro, but he was head and shoulders better than most of the CB's and other WR's. Too bad he would have to be the number 1 option on a team, cause I would sure like to see Andre Johnson on one side and Crabby on the other. Schaub would be in heaven. Also, I am being a bit of a homer here since I am a Tech alumnus...

I voted Mike Wallace with Nicks in close second. Wallace has it all, just wish he was a little taller and he would be amazing

1. great hands. his are above average but not great 2. route running. his route running is atrocious. his yardage numbers are inflated by all the plays where he just flat out burns the defender. he has only played last season outside as he moved from the slot after losing santonio. he will get better as his route running last year was at a least a mild improvement over his rookie campaign. even as a homer i have to put him at least 2nd with Nicks taking my vote

Nicks was my favorite receiver going into the draft and I'd take him now. With Harvin #2. When comparing them, though, its like comparing X's and O's. Do you want a good #1 receiver still to be in his prime? Or do you want an elite slot receiver that isnt afraid of the middle of the field who is also a pro-bowl kick returner. Can't go wrong. |

I gotta go with Nicks here. He's a player, nothing else about it. He can beat any defender with his size and hands. Close second would be Derrick Williams

Any new votes? Hakeem Nicks has pretty much run away with the title, so it's more of a battle for second place from here on out.
Current standings for 2nd place: 14 Percy Harvin 13 Michael Crabtree 13 Mike Wallace 09 Jeremy Maclin |
