Default Percy Harvin leaving school

This is a huge loss for the Gators. On a PC note please PM me with all your Harvin autos that you want to sell as they come in...tia

Finally some good news. If it hadn't been for Harvin I think OU would have won. Huge loss for the Gators

I got to watch him play in High School and it was good to see how his great playing continued on at college and hopefully will continue into the NFL.

haha. I don't think they have to worry about that with Mullen gone. If Detroit takes another WR, I really think there is something wrong with their organization. They have a lot more needs than another WR. But we all knew Harvin was leaving, I guess that's a good sign for all the SEC teams.

Am I the only one who sees Harvin as Peter Warrick II? No evidence to back this up, but I keep thinking that whenever people talk about Harvin in the NFL..

I am a little biased with Warrick but if he was at a better system he would have done better. Harvin with the Raiders= Warrick part 2. Harvin with the right system= decent NFL receiver.

Percy Harvin is the second coming of Dave Meggett......I could totally see the Giants taking him in the 1st round if he falls that far.

He is taller than Meggett at 5'11 and bigger at 195, Meggett is 5'7 180...

Harvin is projected to go late in the 1st round somewhere between pick 30 or in the 2nd round somewhere around pick 12

Super talent...can you say Yards After Catch, if all goes well for Harvin he'll lead the league in this in his 2nd or 3rd year...IMO

He isnt even the fastest player on the team either. The Gators have been said to be a football team full of track stars and not a track team playing football.

Jeff Demps ran the 100 meter in 10.01 seconds

Yeah Demps is lightning. The bad thing is he really wanted to go to Florida State but they thought he was just a track star. To bad for FSU but a nice addition for UF

Harvin was too injury prone to stay in college.

Good point, one tweaked knee and that first round pick would be toast. Wasn't McGahee that was injured in the championship game a few years back, talk about loosing some money, OUCH!
