Default Panini Redemption....still waiting

Still waiting on three redemptions from Panini, not all submitted at the same time, but the longest one outstanding is going on 4 months. Just looking for input from others who've delt with them and how long the wait has been. The specific cards are from '10 Limited Material Phenoms set. I really don't want replacements as the site says you can request after 4 months of waiting, as I am trying to complete the set for my PC. Am I just getting anxious (patience is not my thing). If I end up calling, does anyone have a name of a specific person in customer service to ask for? I've written them through the web site with no response yet. Haven't even gotten response of acknowlegement sent to my e-mail in regards to any of my initial claims as they say on their web site that they do automatically, but it says the cases are open and active....confused!!!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated....Thanks!

GL is all i can say.. I had 9 open and over 4 months and called numerous times finally i got fed up and told them to just send replacements for everything i just wanted something.. luckily they added all my value together and gave a Big Ben auto and a Mendenhall patch auto /5 they just mailed the other day excited to get something...Best advice keep calling and stay on them til you get an answer. Their customer service is awful and the response time is ridiculous i wont be buying any more of their products

I have 3 open from October. They are crappy Auto's but it would still be nice to have them. Also waiting on a Brandon Spikes Contenders Auto that has been live for like a month and I redeemed it like the first day it came out...

If you call Ask for Whitney or Yvonne. There cust service over the phone is hands down the best out there. They overnighted me 18 redempts when I called.

only way to get through to them is buy calling. There online service is junk but when you speak to 1 of these women on phone there very helpful. Hope this helps. Jay

I have a basketball one that is coming up on 6 months in about a week. Ridiculous. People pay good money for hobby boxes only to get the shaft from companies like Panini. It's pathetic we have to work so hard to get a damn redemption filled. Good luck.

I am more the patient type I guess. Lol. Heck, waited 2 years for UD to finally tell me they weren't going to even make a card. Not even autoesld, just a Manu letter from Icons.

we have over 35 waiting to be redeem they go back to 11/6/10 called them a while back they said to be patient that most of the ones we are waiting on have sign or going to sign
so we have been and today we did receive 2 of the ones we have been waiting on

I spoke with Terry twice in the past month about cards that have been live for a couple months. The second time I called she said she would take care of it. Got both cards in today and one was a Jacoby Ford NT RC auto and she sent me 01/99.
