Time to buy Brady?? Good, bad or average?

Until 2006, I only collected baseball but because the 06' NFL draft class being what it was, I started buying some football. Needless to say I have slowly become addicted.

I have 0 Brady cards. So I thought that this football off-season would be a good time to buy some since 1) it is the off-season and 2) Brady has been out for a year. I am looking to get 3 or 4 of his RC's somewhere in the middle of the scale.....not the cheapest and not the most expensive either. Looking to spend maybe $100-$120 on one and then $60-$70 on the others. If possible.

Can you guys recommend anything?

They may go lower, but probably a good time to buy, once he comes back his stuff will go back up, and even if it doesnt I think he's a guarenteed 1st ballot HOFer

i think if you can pick them up over the next three or four months you will be ok, nobody is 100% sure he will be ready at start of camp and season, so with economy the way it is, some guys needing cash may be unloading in the market at decent prices.

Pick some up now. You can get stuff really low right now. If he comes back prices will rise. As Fish said if he doesn't he is a 1st Ballot HOFer....can't go wrong with that

I have to agree with everyone. Whether or not it's a long term investment or not, I don't think you are going to find the prices of his better cards any lower than they are now.

Correct. lol! I have bit of a problem! They were in the $250 range.
