I honestly don't know if the Colts stay close. Say what you want about the quality of opponents "blah, blah, blah". They Colts haven't faced a team that is a real threat to throw the ball down the field.

I think the game will be close. Only way the score gets out of hand is if there is a late TD by one of the Ds that makes it look lopsided.
COlts are getting NO respect. Who ever heard of an UNDEFEATED, DEFENDING CHAMP getting points AT HOME ??????????????? The line screams Pats big but like I said earlier this game stays close and in a close game I'll go with the Colts at home 41 - 38.

Pats 48
Colts 21 Pats are the best team of the salary cap era, probably the best team since the Cowboys of the mid-90s.

This looks to be a relative low score game, and no way will the Pats cover the -5.5 spread. I however did bet on the game, and so far I am 2-2 in my bets (but only 3-6 in my pick ums this week )

If the Pats are still undefeated when the Steelers come calling I think the Steelers will beat them. Colts had them on the ropes and didn't have enough horses (no pun intended) in the end. Anyone watching that game objectivly could see how much they missed Harrison on the other side of Wayne. Your not going to beat NE in a 2 minute drill with Utech and Moorehead.

As I said the spread was too big. I went 3-2 this week thanks to the niners sucking it up and buffalo coming from behind. The Pats probably have a lock on the suberbowl now, and if I were an oddsmaker, I would make the Pats Colts playoff game a +7.5 for the Pats since I think the Colts will have a very hard shot winning at New England.

Just another example in the many we have to choose from of Manning choking when it counts. Two fumbles in the last two possessions. Brady, the anti-Manning in the clutch, delivered two TD's and one crucial first down when it counted. It's a shame too, because the Colts' D played great, and I think if you remove the QB position from the mix, the Colts actually have the better all-around team. But you can't do that, so the best team did win.
