On the 6th around 1 AM this person began pming me about my cards I had for sale, and ones I just put up. we ended up maike a deal arounf 3 AM my time central time. I told him they will be mailed out by Wednesday he said no problem. I work in grocery retail as a manager and on salary... we have no set schedule and usually when we work stuff happens and we have to work in some cases 12 to 15 hour days.

Anyway, I dropped the item off at the PO yesterday late in the afternnon, because I was busy with inventory. They said it wouldnt be mailed to day, but I told them that was fine just slap DC on it an let it roll, and then I went back to work. I get home late last night because of things at work, and I fall asleep. Sorry sickcardsforsal I was tired and fell asleep I know I told you I would send you dc but I fell asleep sorry for the inconvience of you having to wait another 12 hours to get your tracking number since it had only been a day and a hlaf since we made the deal.. I wake up to 5 messages in my inbox this morning from this person that follow as this.

do you have a track # yet

1:00 AM
i thought you were gonna give my track # this morning

6:00 AM
THURSDAY morning do you have a tracking # you told me yesterday

7:00 AM
let me know something gonna do a show this weekend to and the other guy wants track# too. (which is funny since you said the show is next weekend)

8:10 AM
if you dont let me know something by 2:00 im gonna get my $$$$ back. im not being an ass but you told me yesterday you would let me know something i have not heard from you

i know it may sound like we are overreacting but when someone tells you something they dont do it then we have a problem. fixing to contact paypal about a refund tired of all the games you have had over a day to email me

Now remeber they were dropped off yesterday at the PO.

So I replied back this is rediculous they have been ,ailed out Sorry I fell Asleep after a long day, I will give you tracking but I am also going to let people know how you are acting.

His reply.
i just asking when did you tell me you would give me a track#. before you go throw my name out there for overreacting hell i will just get my $$$$$$back. you didnt do what you said. i not gonna be here and if someone had to sign for it or not. you could not take one min and do track #. dont blame all this on me if you would have done what you said we would not had this problem.

Once again I am sorry I didnt send you the tracking number, but I will not have to worry about you buying from me anymore.

Oh yea he said he has contacted paypal, and I told him cards were already sent so I doubt he gets his money back. and his reply was

i will decline it the mailman comes to my door to bring my mail the hell i cant get my money back if i want done contacted paypal. talking about you worked late its a mighty funny thing you was up til 3:30 am selling me the #@#@#@#@ but you couldnt find 1 min to email me. well whats the trac# if its been mailed out

Yes I was up late the night we talked I have a 2 year old daughter that wa sick and My job as her father is to take care of her when she is even if that means I am up late.

Just figured I would post my thoughts some may agree, and some wont. I know I am by no means the biggest person on this site, but I do like it till someone bugs me and threatens me. And by the way paypal said that it sounds like I am being scammed by using mail fraud, and asked me to keep and send all emails over from him saying he was going to get his money back, since the item has been sent.

i may be in the wrong becuase I told him I would pm him the numbers yesterday, but stuff happens in my opinion, You got your DC this morning and have done nothing but threaten me since. Kinda childish in a way. Sorry for the long read, I would just recommend people staying away, becuase if you cant wait 2 days for tracking, and when you get it you still say ou are going to get your money back I think that is wrong.

Hey stuff happens. If it wasnt for understand that that happens I would be BANNED from this site. I was like a week late in sending out some trades. i posted a thread apologizing and explaining I was overwhelmed with the amount of deals I made and trying to keep track without a trade manager. All the guys were really dool about it or I wouldnt be here. Ppl need to understand thin gs happen and IMO 12 - 24 hours is not even something that needs to be quabbled over. Guy just needs to grow up IMO....

Your priorities are obviously messed up. They should in this order

1. Selling to an obnoxious buyer
2. Talking to the obnoxious buyer
3. Satisfying the obnoxious buyer
4. Worrying about the real things that matter in life

Cant stand people that think they should be waited on hand and foot just because they purchased something from you. It makes me wonder if people are going to have to start putting "please allow xx number of business days to ship" kinda like ebay does.

the messages he sent are coming like 2 days after the trade if i'm reading this correctly right?

if it was anything over $100 trade i'd want the tracking number within a couple days myself honestly.

He said in the op, that he made the deal on wednesday (today is thursday) and he pm'd him the tracking # this morning after he woke up to all the messages.

Matter of fact the first message was less than 24 hours after the deal was even completed. DB move all around on buyers part. If the cards were taken to the post office yesterday as promised and dc was provided by this morning I don't see an issue. Secondly right now the PO is moving at the speed of tar so even if he mailed it on monday 2 days before the purchase its not even guaranteed he'd have it by this weekend. He wanted it there by a certain time he should have paid for the upgrade to priority and even then it could take 3 days. OP IMO has done nothing wrong, I can tell you this if I was him I would be calling out this DB too! Acting like a child!

1. Deal was done on Tuesday Morning at 3am (6th)
2. Cards were mailed out on Wednesday as agreed (7th)
3. Bunch of PMs or e-mails sent from buyer Thursday Morning (8th) asking if the cards were shipped and tracking number
4. Thursday around noon time seller respond with the tracking # and told the buyer he is overreacting.
5. Buyer said he will return the cards regardless the fact that the seller sent on time as agreed.

You do have a point, he did overreact. But I think this post was not all that necessary. Maybe he wouldn't have said he will returned the cards if you didn't say that you will post his name on the board..(I am not defending him, just stating that you shouldn't have "overreacted" as well)

Most of us know that this is a hobby and not a business, so a miscommuincation is common and things happen... hopefully this guy will start learning when less and less people are willing to deal with him...

Good luck with Paypal and hopefully you will get your card back if he files a complaint...

not possible, he said it had been a day & a half since the deal was made. and supposedly it was made at 3am in the morning?
