talked myself into a pack of sp rookie threads

just thought i would share my experience. the LCS owner let me have the last pack of rookie threads for 40 so i bought it. I got a ray rice auto/200, Darren mcfadden rookie numbers jersey/30. thats about it really, the guy before me bought a pack and pulled a ryan auto

While I like to hear what other people pull, I hate when it's out of the same box I got a pack out of. I bought a pack of Rookie Threads out of a new box when it first came out. I got a Dan Connor letterman autograph. When I came in the next week the owner said a fellow ripper got a Darren McFadden letterman autograph. Months later I ripped some packs of Bowman Chrome Football, got nothing, then heard that a Gold Refractor Joe Flacco autograph patch had just been pulled out of that box. That's one of the reasons I prefer buying full boxes but certain times only allow for pack purchases...maybe just better off saving up for boxes than buying packs now and then.

yeah i prefer boxes as well, but its so hard for me to walk into the store and not buy a pack or two. I honestly have to say I have better luck out of single packs then i do with any box i have bought.
