sp authentic Replacements

I know some people have received replacements for missing cards from Upper Deck. I opened a case pretty early and filed a complaint and stuff for missing cards, sent in all the forms, i just haven't followed up. I know some people have called shane or others in customer service, has anyone received cards without a follow up, or are they just sending out the replacements on their own?

I sent in the requirements and just waited. My stuff came this week.
