Big ben draft day selection RC,BGS help

so this was in my first batch of submissions to bgs.I knew it was a risky card to grade and im a little disappointed in the grade(was thinking it should get no higher or lower than a 9 really)my question is does the 8.5 grade hurt a card like this even with it being somewhat of a rare card and what kind of hit would it take on the value of it.it's #22/25.

Any help and thoughts would be appreciated

From what I've heard, 8.5 = raw price
