Wow, that Rice must have been graded about 10 years ago. Given thee seemingly relaxed grading standards today, I wonder if that could be resubmitted for a PSA10 now.

Thats how PSA's label looked in the infancy of their sports card grading. I believe they made the small but noticeable tweaks to the look of their labels in the early 00's. That (along with the relatively low PSA #) is how you can tell its likely around 10 years old.

I believe because Beckett grades harder than PSA, but PSA is better than beckett when it comes to grading.
