I made a deal with him last sunday that was suppose to ship that monday he then tells me it won't go out until next monday yesterday and I will receive $10 back for the delay. I would have rather had the cards but it is what it is ill take the partial and the cards. Well I messaged him and he ignored me yesterday but continued to post but not respond to me. I want my cards. I paid goods so I am covered but I want the cards and the $10.

Wow I love how it was his idea to do the $10, he told me before I paid that they would be sent 8 days ago but I am greedy. People on this site kill me. I didn't know that there was a forum for this.

He is not being greedy. He was promised as part of the deal that he would recieve compensation for the delay.

If you have his address you should drive to his house and sit on his lawn until he caves. Did you ever see the movie Better Off Dead, where the paperboy follows John Cusack around and constantly asks for his $2...you should do that. If you haven't seen the movie, you're really missing out.

You are trying to squeeze an extra $10 out of the seller after he lied to you about shipping. Why not file a Paypal claim so you get your refund for the purchase? What will you do if he ships the cards and doesn't send you the extra $10, keep complaining?

He said I will send you $10 for the wait. I would obviously expect it. At this point in time I am out $80 completely. Where do you get your logic.

You're not being greedy wanting both but I think part of what MI Rob is trying to say is that at this point it's probably best to take the Paypal refund just to get something back. Better that then never getting anything back.

To me if the guy tells you that u will get a refund and the card then he should honor his word and give you what he said he would do. This is very easy to understand. If you say your going to do something then do it. Don't back out on what you say you are going to do

I don't see what the issue is here. The seller offered to give OP the 10$, he didn't demand it.. Unless I am missing something here.

If the seller offered the buyer a partial refund and this isn't something the buyer demanded but rather something the seller offered himself...if that happened to you I am 100% sure you would want the seller to do what he said he would do.
