If they aren't your cards why would you want to alert others to possible deals? That's the fun of searching Ebay and hoping to catch things at the right time! Once so called "deals" are linked to a forum site they most likely won't be such great deals anymore. Some people's children.....:)

My post wasnt meant to help it sell higher. It was to alert my fellow collectors of a sweet deal. I am not the seller.

Not everyone has 16 hours a day to search ebay for every possible great card or great deal. I like the idea of this thread, pointing out cards that someone may have never seen or someone might need isnt a bad thing. The hobby isn't all about keeping everything to yourself so you can turn a quick buck, helping people out is never a bad thing.

Yeah, I love searching ebay, too! This isn't to take away from the fun others have but sometimes people get caught up in the forums, life, etc. and don't have the time to search or things are listed wrong, etc.

Also, they could still be deals depending on the number of people that check this specific thread, traffic on the site at the time, etc. A lot goes into it.

I love that you do this Josie! One thing you might do though, if people don't like it as a thread, is PM people via the player to collect lists. I do that sometimes - if I find a nice patch of a player or a guy on some team, I'll go to that list and find who collects that player/team and I'll give some of those guys a heads up. That way the major collectors get those cards. But I like your posting here too!
