Default Andy Reid press conference...

Anyone just watch the Andy Reid press conference? What a guy! He buried his son yesterday, met with the team this morning, and answered all the media's questions just a few minutes ago. Despite the media asking some a few inappropriate questions, Andy handled himself with class and dignity. I am not an Eagles fan at all, but will be pulling for Andy Reid for how he handled himself throughout these last few days.

I cannot stand him as a coach....he has worn out my patience for the past 13 years.

HOWEVER, as a person and a man, he is about as classy and a stand up guy as you can get. There is a reason why he is so widely respected both by his players and coaches/officials around the NFL. I have nothing but the utmost of respect for him in that manner.

couldn't agree more - great person/man; lousy and overrated coach

I am a Philly fan and also a fan of Reid as a coach. He may not give the best post game conferences, but he gets the most out of his players, especially on offense.

Look what McNabb did in Philly in his last season....look at what McNabb did in Washington the very next year. Benched! Look at Kolb in Philly, and Kolb now....about to be benched! He made AJ Feeley even look good. You can't discredit his coaching ability and system.

Even look at Vick since he has came to Philly. Better passing rating and #'s overall. Reid makes players better. He's proven it many times.

Sure, he's not perfect and no coach is. But I would rather have him than a lot of the alternatives.
