Lil Help??? Hobby Boxes of the last 3-4 years that are worth MORE than when released?

I'd like to know the names of a few Hobby Boxes of the last 3-4 years (2008 or sooner) that are worth MORE than when released?

I know a shop where they don't sell that many boxes but have a lot of product. 50% of the boxes cost TWICE what the current sale value, some are just slightly overpriced, but I have been able to get great deals before.

Any football boxes that have gone UP in value since release?

I know 2010 Supreme and Five Star went up at one time... don't know if they still are up. Thats pretty much all I can recall.

2011 Topps Chrome for sure. It more than doubled.

2011 Panini Prime Signatures has doubled and 2007 Contenders has tons of AP autographs, those are probably two of the biggest ones.

2007 Contenders has lost a ton of value. A case of that was about $1400 when it was released. BO is selling them right now for $875 a case.

I would venture to guess your best bets would be 2005 products that have autos of rodgers in them that aren't redemptions in them

This is true.

Also most National Treasures went up, especially 2011. Five star and exquisite have gone way down, I think.

Man I love 2007 Contenders. First pack in the first box I opened I hit an AP ticket autograph. My buddy who was with me was pissed lol He is a HUGE Vikings fan and that was the only card he wanted to hit.

85% of the fb products released in 2011 are over direct factory cost.
Looks like a great draft class thus far.

wow...thanks guys...a couple of the products you have mentioned I have already managed to take advantage of...sometimes saving $20-50 on the box

Some products that come to mine are:

2011 Playbook
2011 Topps Finest
2011 Topps Chrome
2011 Topps Platinum
2010 Topps Finest
2009 SP Threads
2008 Letterman

I would also look for any products from 04 or 05 since due to a strong class in 04 and Rodgers in 05 almost all of those products have held or gone up in value.
