Retraced auto or just bad auto?

I can't tell if the player did that, or someone else tried to retrace the auto?

All the Desean autos I ever saw from '08 Chrome were blue ink. Even the '08 chromes on ebay are all blue, besides that, it was definitely(and poorly) traced over, and not with the same style thin sharpie the others on ebay look like.

Wouldn't PSA know if the auto had been tampered with before grading it?

PSA doesn't grade the auto so I don't think they care what it looks like. That's why I prefer BGS

You should probably ask member Idol as that is his Ebay.

That being said you will get one of the follwoing responses.

I pulled it that way and sub'd it.
I bought it as part of a large collection.
It's graded so it's good. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!!!!

It looks shady though. I could not sell that myself.

BGS doesn't grade the auto authenticity, either

Someone care to explain to me why the auto would be traced or fake?? It's obviously the autograph version of the card or it wouldn't have the white area for the auto. Just dunno why someone would take off the original sticker and put a new "fake" one on there. Please explain.

I was referring to the quality of the auto (the grade). That has nothing to do with the authenticity

maybe the auto was screwed up and someone tried to trace over it and made it worse. Or it could have been done by DeSean

traced can clearly see it . I like PSA and BGS but when they grade cards like this it's just wrong.

First time I've actually looked at the auto and it looks fine to me. PSA graded it as an authentic autograph card so it will be sold as is.

If that auto looks fine to you, there are some eyeball issues.

Everyone other than the one in OP has blue ink, that is not good. I would personally burn the card and the holder live
