Question USPS Delivery Question?

I sold Jake Locker Topps chrome Red ref auto /5 other week. Shipped express mail, card arrived on 15th, notice was left. Sunday I sent message asking if everything was okay, and no response. Go back and look up today and still he has not picked up package.

My question is what happens if another week goes by and he does not pick it up? Will I be at fault, will package be returned to me, will I have to refund the buyer? Never had this happen before and appreciate some advice.

Intuitively, the sale shouldn't be negated because the buyer fails to pick up his purchase. I would assume the sale stands, you'd reship, and the buyer would pay shipping as it is his fault.

Never happened to me either. Just throwing in my 2 cents...which is probably worth about less than nothing.

Oh I would not negate the sale, but just curious what course of action to take if worst case scenario plays out (he does not pick up package).

Hes got 5 days after the notice is left to pick the package up or it will be returned to you.
