PEYTON MANNING - atomic refractor autograph FAKE?

Numerous 1998 Bowman's Best Peyton Manning signatures were swiped/wiped clean due to fading, smudges, smears, etc. Forgers would then attempt to hand write Peyton's signature on the card (clean, dark ink) and pass it off as "authentic." The card below was the basis for the intial fake Peyton Manning signature thread:
