Can anyone suggest someone I should talk to that u have had good experiences with when getting a replacement?

I just PMed you the email for Dave, the cust. service manager. Only thing I ask is don't post it in a thread so he gets tons of emails, PM it to someone if they need it. He's been doing a great job and it would suck if stopped cause a bunch of dumb emails.

Jesus it is common knowledge why act like it is top secret. Sharp doesn't care thats his job and why he has been doing a great job
