Has anyone even shorted autos in the product? Bought a box at a show today and was shorted not the relic auto but both autos - advice other than call customer service

Call customer service, and don't throw out the box or they can't help you apparently.

All you can do is call them.

I busted a case of it and one box had 6 hits while another was shorted 2. But really contacting them is all you can do. GL with the replacement.

I opened 4 cases and I had probably 5-6 boxes where I was shorted an auto and 2-3 out of those boxes I was shorted both auto's. I just think it was poor quality control because I had 3-4 boxes where there was maybe 3-5 auto's per box and like 8 hits total.

My best box was in case 1 that had two luck auto's (one being a quad jersey auto) and a booklet of russell wilson.

So there have been quality issues with the product - sucks cuase it seems like a very nice product

Out of my 7 boxes I was shorted a base auto and quad relic auto.

I mean by case everything seemed to even out. I may have ended up with a few more auto's then I was suppose to get as well as jerseys but by box yes there are issues. For the most part though my boxes were fine, but it was just something I noticed.

Works for me if Topps hooks up the people with no hits in a box.

Win win if you have a small chance at pulling 3 - 5 autos. :D

I take this back.

Two boxes and I was shorted BOTH auto relics. I assume I will get screwed by Topps CS, so I'm calling on Monday with a delicate balance of polite, angry, and, "I feel like I was ripped off since I'll likely get sent the worst handpicked autos possible, rather than have a fair random chance at a good one."
