Question regarding base cards / inserts

So I've collected a TON of base / inserts from my many breaks. I've usually just sold them back to my LCS at $5 / 800 ct box. That being said, I'm trying to gain a bit more on my ROI, so I'm looking at different ways to do this.

Not counting MASTER sets, as there is no way I could put these together with what I have, which would be a better way to put these "lots" together...

A) Complete Base Sets
B) Lots by Team (most RC included, excluding RGIII, Luck, etc)
C) Lots by Player

What I've already decided is to sell the hot rookies as lots (IE: RGIII Lot consisting of 5 Topps prime RC, 3 Topps Platinum, Xfractors, etc). How should I group the remaining?
