Joe Montana to Jerry Rice. Anyone debating differently needs to check their meds.

Montana to Rice is the obvious choice but since they both hold the record...Brady to Moss.

I love all the Edits

Title is asking for the best combo and quickly we all say the best combo so he is trying to justify his manning/Wayne choice....well still isn't in the Top 5 in my opinion

After the both QBs and Rice I would say:

Aikman/Irvin
Elway/Sharpe
Brady/Moss
Marino/Clayton
Kelly/ Reed
Manning/Harrison

I was just trying to open it up to more than one answer, Im plety aware Manning/Wayne is no where near Montana/Rice.

Manning to Harrison was an amazing duo and probably gets my vote, especially since I wasn't really into football when Rice/Montana were in their prime. I think they own pretty much every QB/WR record there is, or at least all the major ones. They had 8 straight years together of 80+ receptions 1100+ yards and 10+ TDs.

I like Ryan to White, Stafford to Calvin, and to an extent Dalton to Green going forward.

I think this just illustrates how little Brady has worked with offensively outside of Welker and Moss. The 2 years or so he had an elite WR in Moss, he shattered records.

What could of been.

I'll go with the not so obvious choice... Manning to Harrison or Unitas to Berry

I still think Culpepper and Moss was the most 'unstoppable' combination

Moss in his prime was arguably as tough if not tougher to cover than megatron simply because of his length and speed. A ton of Cul's yards are just due to him lobbing up hail marys and Moss getting it over 2 defenders. I mean look at Culpeppers stats due to Moss...can you imagine if Moss played with the Colts during his prime?
