See I actually think he believes that. Problem is, just because he rationalized that he was somehow showing affection for these victims in a loving way doesn't make it not a serious crime.

Can we just sentence this a-hole and get it over with? He doesn't even need a "life sentence" per-se. 40 years will easily do the trick. The stress and depression of prison alone will be enough to shave 5 years off his life.

The NCAA did what they do best: they somehow made the most awful thing that ever happened to Penn State football and 10 victims even worse by dragging out the discussions, the arguing, the internet trolling and the controversy for another 4 years. Do you honestly think that any of the victims wanted this to be talked about for another 4 years re: PSU football's scholarship reductions and bowl ban? The sentencing hearing should've been the end of the road for them in terms of this case being in the public eye, unfortunately it won't be.

He's not denying it, he just doesnt see it. Thats how sick he is, just like serial killers dont think killing is anything out of the norm to them.

I hope he burns in hell frankly. I don't think the kids were lying, and I think McQuery was put in a really difficult situation. If Paterno had dealt with this 14 years ago from the get go, it would never have cost him his job, and Penn State would have fully recovered from it. Now though, it's tarnished the school, the program, and the legacy that Paterno will forever be remembered by.

Death for him is a cheap way out. I hope he lives another 30 years and spends the entire time living in a 5x9 cell.

I didn't read beyond this point, so if this was brought up already I apologize.

Sandusky has asked to be released into the general population. He states that he has made many friends.

I believe this is his way out and that he knows it will be over very soon if released into the general population.

Even the anchor person stated that there have been four murders of child molesters in the past couple of years in this prison and cannot figure out why he is making this request.
