Default What's more impressive?

Who is more deserving of Comeback Player of the Year?

Peyton Manning for posting the 2nd highest QB rating following multiple neck surgeries

or

Adrian Peterson for leading the league in rushing and carrying a 5.1 YPC following ACL/MCL tears

Neither, Matt Schaub should get it.

Good question, and I must admit that I didn't expect much from either of them.

Of the 2.....I'd have to say I had less faith in Peyton. I thought he's be carted off by week 3.

He played in 10 games last season, and his injury wasn't particularly severe in comparison to something like an ACL tear. Schaub won't even be in serious consideration for it.

I'd say AP, especially as an RB to come back from those injuries.

Indeed, and he has no passing game to rely on.Ponder blows and Harvin is helping as much as they allow him to.

I would have to go with AP as well. But, we'll see in a few more weeks. Payton might be the only thing supporting the Broncos right now, but if they stink up the league then can you really claim he is valuable?

BOOMER SOONERS!!!

Schaub won't even be considered. If you weren't a fan, his name wouldn't even be mentioned. As of right now I'd say Peyton, but AP is close.

Mikel Leshoure has a better chance than Matt Schaub.

Who has had more of an impact on the team? AP isnt generating wins even with his great performance.

if Matt Schaub leads them deep into the Playoffs or the SB, he'll win it. Otherwise Peyton will win it

Pretty early to be crowning anyone but if it ended today I would have to give it to Manning. He missed the entire 2011 season and was released by the Colts. A.P. is a great story and it's amazing how quickly he has returned from his knee injury but he played a good chunk of last season. Normal year he probably wins hands down. I just hope the both of them stay healthy and continue to excel the rest of this season as they are fun to watch. I do not have either of them on my fantasy teams either so it's an unbiased opinion on my part.

A Lisfranc injury is considered by everyone to be very serious

One of the worst injuries you can have a football player. Along with Achilles tears, meniscus and hip problems.

Meh, neck surgery isn't a big deal for an aging QB either...
