I just bought this, like a dummy. I didnt even think about it, cause i was so amazing. This is very fake huh? haha im so mad at myself

I've got about a dozen of these Marcus Allen cards /35 and /15 and I have never seen one like this.

Oh god. Look at them triple threads and unique material cards he did. To bad their all fake.... I'd say you should pay the guy since you didn't do your research on the cards ahead of time.

Just frowned upon for not committing to buying the card. Some people will see this thread and see that you won't pay after purchasing and not sell or buy from you, if I had to guess.

Dude send him an message and say after looking at your other auctions I know that's a fake patch. If you want to make me buy it I will but afterwards will explain to eBay you are selling fake Memorbillia. If you do not make me buy it I will turn a blind eye. The choice is yours. Who knows what he will say but that's what I would do.

It's because u commited to buy it bud. Nobody wants to get screwed u just got to do your homework before making the move to get it. It's kinda like a a football team getting a free agent they check him out before they sign him. It sucks that u have to do it in this hobby these days but there is so many scammers its crazy

But i committed to buy a card that was not what i thought it was.

Pay for it wait for it to come then send him a message stating it looks tampered with ask for a refund and get your money back minus shipping, see if that's an option?

No refunds offered. Maybe i could go to ebay with the fact that the card says its "gameused" on the back but there is no such patch on the raiders uniform

Id message him and tell him youll pay the ebay fees if he cancels the transaction or otherwise I would pay and then send it back and get a refund and say it has a dinged edge in the patch window from when he put a new patch in it

EBay makes all sellers have a return policy now. The only reason he says no is because he knows he would get a ton of cards back. Id email ebay and explain it to them but I wouldnt get stuck with it.

There is always refunds bud, email the dude and tell him it's fake and you don't want it. If he says no just pay for it and when you get it file an item nor described and get your money back.

It doesn't matter if he offers a refund or not, eBay will give you your money back. The seller has no choice.

Just message the seller with your concerns, and ask them to cancel the transaction. That card is worthless now with that fake patch. I wouldn't fork over a dime to that seller. Then again, I'd never come close to even considering placing a bid on that card. You don't even need to do your research on cards like that. Just use common sense.

Pay for it. Email him stating that the card is faked go on PayPal file a claim send card back get your money back.

It looks like the emblem on the helmet lol
