How long should I wait?
 

My redemption still says pending, just wondering how long is long enough to contact Topps?

Well knowing how long you have waited would help some.

After 15 weeks they'll send you a "Late Notify" email and you call them to put your replacement request in, then should be 3-4 more weeks.

You do realize there are redemptions that take years right? Anything under a couple months is fast by redemption standards.

I've been waiting on one since march from Panini, on those dang HRX video cards. Word is that they cant get licensing rights so i am in the process of attempting to get it replaced. Yes, its the cam newton one as well.

Contact them now if you want. Truth is sometimes it helps to call and see what is going on. I have waited months on a live redemption thinking it would go out fast. Called and it went out the same day. Never hurts to call however long it has been. Worst they can say is they are still waiting on the card or something along those lines.

Currently waiting on my barron bowman auto..still waiting it out.
