I was reading an article today about this and they tape off around 10,000 seats a home game just to avoid lockouts, with Tebow just on the team you can be guaranteed that a ton more fans will show up just to see their home town hero. Probably won't help the team win games but it will help them earn money!

Gabbert or Tebow.

Either way, the stats for Jags receivers are boned. Guess Blackmon will have to wait until his contract expires to break out. Laurent goes from having Romo elevate his game one year, to trying to survive third tier QBs for his next five years.

Is this really the best QB power play they can make? Tebow comes cheap, fills seats, but do they want to win or simply bring in the standard Tebow fan base revenue? Hell, it'd be hilarious if Tebow ended up 2nd string to Gabs.

Any Jets fan should want to see some kind of change at QB, it doesn't matter who it is. You guys need a spark, and we know Tebow is capable of providing that.

Go for Henry Burris. He's a better fit for the jags.

Numbers dont lie, up across the board. Jags lead the league in drops as well, not all on Gabbert.

Gabbert is a young starter who is getting better and better. He is not a bag of a$$. Look at how few INT's he has. He has started throwing downfield. He had a great game last week and the previous week against the Raiders before his injury was having a great game as well. There is this instant need for a QB to be a Pro Bowl in the first or second year. There are and were great Qb's out there that struggled a lot worse than Gabbert in their first year. Some on a lot better teams. MJD gets hurt what do you want to see Gabbert do? How about 300+ yards. Patience. Look at Cam and Ponder, they have had some success and some failures this year. Lets see where these guys are next year!

Thanks! See most fans dont realize how bad Gabbert was thrown to the wolves last year by Del Rio. Last year he had Gabbert jump in at starter when he really wasnt ready. Had him playing a very conservative play style. This year he has had some nice downfield throws and he is smart with the ball, not many giveaways. Put Ponder, Dalton on the Jags last year with that Playbook and lack of talent its gonna be about the same result!

I think most people listen to the media people that continue to dwell on 2011, USA Today sports weekly had Cecil shorts as someone NOT to pick up this week as his numbers the past 2 weeks have been due to big deficets causing the team to throw more. Funny he got his numbers against the Raiders with a big lead, and against the Packers only down by 6.
