2008 UD Ultimate Aaron Rodgers Signature Jerseys Auto Question...

I truly didn't even know this card existed until I saw it in Freethrowtommy's bucket a few years back. And since then, it has been the ONLY one I've seen...EVER. Any idea if this was a now-expired redemption? (any resource to look that up?) Or was Ultimate just a junk product that didn't get that much action? With 45 of them, you'd think they'd pop up at least once in awhile. Curious to know if anyone else has ever seen one.

I hope there are a bunch of unopened Ultimate product with these in them, waiting to be cracked open. Shame if they're all sitting on a shelf at UD redemptions HQ, probably now expired.

It took me YEARS to find the Peterson. YEARS. Great set, under appreciated because the big hits were hard to come by. 2008 and 2009 Ultimate had some of the best on card veteran/HOF autos ever produced, and it completely sucks that UD will never get the chance to replicate that success.

And, in all my searching, I have NEVER seen another one since I picked it up. I actually got that card from someone on here (I can't remember who) for around $75 if I remember correctly (well before Rodgers became Rodgers).

It is one of my favorite cards due to the stellar design. If they were made and were a redemption, I am curious why they were never given out after they expired. Like you said, these aren't as short print as most of his autos. Maybe someone has a stash somewhere... I have no idea. I wish I could remember who I got it from because he probably knows more about it...
