The guy has 14 bids total on 5 items. That isn't a high enough count to be considered shilling, especially at his feedback total. Maybe he wants the Cobb for his collection? They are all 9.5s except for 1 rare black refractor. This doesn't seem out of the ordinary to me... especially since he is winning all of them.

There is also one Cobb that the seller has listed that he isn't bidding on. Why would he not bump that one if he were shilling?

This is not obvious shilling. He could be a Cobb collector. He does not have any bid retractions either.

That guy is a member on here and is a COBB COLLECTOR. I have delt with him many times and I am pretty sure he wouldn't shill! He owns a card store I am pretty sure also. I have been selling my TAYSHAUN PRINCE stuff and have the same people bidding on them and theres will say 100% also. All I buy are Tayshaun Prince stuff so if one guy is selling his collection I BID ON ALL HE HAS FOR SELL!

I really don't think he would shill, but you never know.

I think your overthinking it, I've had people over the years make a new account because they liked a player and just bid on several cards like that, they are new and want to make a collection, I sell cards in bulk of one player like that alot of times as well. definately doesn't mean it's shilled. but at the same time it could be? I guess if the card goes too high just leave it alone is the best option, that's what I always do. I just pick my price and if it goes over someone else gets it, easy solution.

Maybe he just wants BGS graded Topps chrome RC Autos? If you look these are the only Topps Chrome BGS graded Randall Cobbs at auction. Hmmm not weird at all.
