holy sh!t. that is unreal. i've never seen the nfl and refs so blatantly fix a game like this. i know ny got fu#cked up and people are sad, but to just cheat like this and give them free wins and td's like this. disgusting, pure garbage. how is that not a incomplete pass or tuck rule. i literally cannot believe what i just saw.

What is going on with the refs in the Giants game???? I am just watching on and off and have seen 3 horrible calls to benefit the Giants in the last 10 minutes. Wow....

I'm fuming right now. That's 14 points handed to them.

I thought that the ball was moving in Ben's hand before he brought it forward... I could see how they kept that call. Maybe I am in the minority here.

You said the keywords - the ball was in ben's hands. Steelers have no chance in this game, it's very obvious. There will still be some key holding penalties or another pass interference in case the game is in doubt.

It's hard enough to beat the Giants as is, how are we supposed to do it in these conditions?

Yes, but if the ball was moving, even if it is in his hands, that isn't control.

Anyone have a rule book?

I guess the refs have to give something positive for the new york fans who came. Seems more like a charity game. And even if the ball was coming out of ben's hand, what about that OBVIOUS no call on the clip/block in the back

If the ball is moving in his hands and he completes a shovel pass, would you consider that a forward lateral then?

Yes you are the minority... Ben had control of the ball, it was an incomplete pass. The refs are giving this game to NY.

They just replayed it... he lost control, it was a damn fumble. The announcer just admitted he was wrong.

I am not arguing semantics here with you, I was asking for the rule.

Still wasn't a fumble.

Big ben fumbled for sure. There have been bad calls but that one was correct.

I hate both teams equally (Giants and Pittsburgh) , so I am not being biased but it was not a fumble, Ben had control over the ball and threw an incomplete pass

The real blown call was the missed block in the back at the 5 yard line. That would have brought the ball back to the 20.
